Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by ChatMBTI directly:
Your premium access remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Sign into the new device with the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase, then open ChatMBTI → Settings → Restore Purchases. Your subscription transfers automatically.
The free tier includes 5 messages per MBTI personality so you can try the app risk-free. Premium unlocks unlimited messages with all 16 personalities. You can subscribe weekly, monthly, or annually — pick whatever fits.
Your conversations live on your device, not on our servers. We never see, read, or store your chat history. Messages are sent to OpenAI to generate AI responses (then discarded) — that's the only place they leave your phone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
AI responses are generated by a language model and aren't perfect. The personalities aim to feel authentic to each MBTI type, but they're not always right and definitely shouldn't be relied on for medical, legal, or professional advice. If you encounter a response that's offensive or harmful, please report it via the email above.
Open ChatMBTI → Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently removes every chat, every preference, your MBTI type, and all locally stored info. It does not cancel your subscription — manage that separately through Apple/Google.
Settings → Retake Quiz. Or skip the quiz and pick your type manually from Settings → Change MBTI Type.
You need an internet connection to chat (the AI runs on a server). Your existing chat history is viewable offline.
