Information Stored Locally on Your Device:

• Chat conversations with AI personalities
• App preferences and settings
• Your MBTI type selection (if provided)
• Message history with each personality

Information We Process (Not Stored by Us):

• Anonymous usage analytics to improve app performance
• Purchase receipts for subscription verification (handled by Apple/Google)
• Device identifiers for subscription management (via RevenueCat)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Local Storage: All chat conversations are stored only on your device for your access
• AI Processing: Messages are sent to OpenAI's API to generate responses, then discarded
• Subscription Management: Purchase information is processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat to verify your premium status
• App Improvement: Anonymous usage patterns help us improve features and fix bugs

3. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. Data is only shared with:

• OpenAI: Chat messages are sent to generate AI responses (not stored by OpenAI for training)
• RevenueCat: Subscription verification and management (no personal conversations shared)
• Apple/Google: In-app purchase processing through App Store/Play Store

We never share your conversation content with any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: All conversations are stored on your device using iOS/Android secure storage
• Network Communication: All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• No Cloud Backup: Your conversations are not backed up to our servers
• You Control Your Data: Delete all data anytime through Settings

5. Third-Party Services

ChatMBTI uses the following third-party services:

• OpenAI API: Powers AI conversations (OpenAI Privacy Policy)
• RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions (RevenueCat Privacy Policy)
• Apple App Store / Google Play: Processes payments

6. Children's Privacy

ChatMBTI is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation or personal information to use.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: All your data is on your device and accessible to you at any time
• Delete Your Data: Use "Delete All Data" in Settings to permanently remove all stored information
• Export Data: Your conversations are stored in your device's local storage
• Control Subscriptions: Manage or cancel subscriptions through App Store/Play Store settings

8. Data Retention

• Chat history is retained on your device until you delete it
• Subscription information is retained by Apple/Google as per their policies
• App preferences are retained until you uninstall the app or use "Delete All Data"

9. International Users

ChatMBTI is available worldwide. Data processing occurs through services that may operate globally (OpenAI, RevenueCat). By using the app, you consent to data processing as described in this policy.

10. Updates to Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Changes will be posted in the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
