What we collect

When you sign in, we receive your account identity (name, email) from Google or Apple. The projects, lists, and notes you create are stored in our database (Google Firebase, EU region) so they sync across your devices. If you use TaskFlow without an account, your data stays on your device only.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, show ads, or share your content with third parties. Your content is readable only by your signed-in account.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous user id and purchase receipts, never your content.

Deleting your data

Deleting projects in the app deletes them from our servers. To delete your entire account and its data, contact us at the address below.
