Studiaro is a study app for IT and project-management certification exams. This policy explains exactly what we store, what we don't, and how to remove it.

What we store

When you sign in with Google or Apple we store your name, email address, and — if you used Google sign-in — your profile photo URL. We also store your quiz answers, scores, bookmarks and review schedule, so your progress syncs across devices and the app can choose the right questions to show you next.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send it to third-party trackers. The app does not collect your contacts, location, microphone, camera, or browsing history.

On-device data

Downloaded question packs and your latest progress are cached on your device so the app works offline. You can clear this at any time from your phone's app settings; Studiaro will resync from your account next time you're online.

Notifications

Daily study reminders are scheduled locally on your device. Nothing is sent to a server, and you can turn them off at any time in Settings → Notifications.

Services we rely on

Apple and Google process subscription payments. We never see or store your card details.
RevenueCat records which subscription you hold so your access works across devices.
Google Firebase provides crash reporting and anonymous usage analytics, which tell us which screens are used and where the app breaks.
An AI model provider generates the written explanations. Only the question and its answer options are sent — never your name, email, or answer history. Each explanation is generated once and stored, so your tapping "Ask AI" does not send anything about you.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Your data is removed after a 30-day grace period — signing back in within 30 days cancels the deletion. We retain anonymous aggregate statistics (for example, "X people answered question Y correctly") so difficulty calibration stays accurate. These carry no link to you.

Children

Studiaro is intended for people preparing for professional certification exams and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and note the change in the app.
